ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Insurance Account Representative, you will:

  • Use your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends to communicate directly with customers.
  • Identify customer needs and market products or services that maximize value.
  • Assist in developing strategies and establishing sales quotas for the office.
  • Support day-to-day business operations, including lead follow-up and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet business objectives.
  • Participate in local events and networking activities to increase brand awareness.

Salary plus commission: 5% on Property and Casualty and 15% on Life and Health, no minimums and paid as written (no chargebacks). 

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.
  • Assist with marketing and outreach initiatives that promote office growth.
  • Communicate product information and help customers review available options.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach to daily activities.
  • Sales experience preferred (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing).
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
  • Ability to effectively relate to customers.
  • Property & Casualty insurance license required.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
